House Rules

By making a reservation through this listing, you agree that the specified number of guests are the only individuals permitted to occupy the residence with you. For long-term reservations, a separate lease must be agreed upon and signed. Parties and playing of loud music are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside the home is not permitted. This property is located in a quiet residential area. Smoking is permitted on the sidewalk in front of the property beyond the yard, preferred any smoking takes place towards the rear of the home where the patio is. Early check-in is possible based on availability for a fee of $50 per hour before the original check-in time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which a $50 per hour late fee will be applied, followed by a daily fee thereafter to avoid inconveniencing subsequent guests. Small pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $100 per pet, max of two pets, plus charges for any damage or odors caused by the pet. Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes before stepping onto any carpeted areas. Other things to know: Additional linens/towels can be located in the hallway closet upper floor. Additional pillows, fans, iron, iron-stand are located in bedroom 1 closet. Broom and dust pan are located inside the main floor closet. Additional garbage bags and dishwasher capsules are located inside the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
